Today I am posting my Chinese Almond Cookies recipe for the Cricut Holiday Cookie Swap. I am in Group 3 and we required to do an 8" by 8" scrapbook recipe page. We have 20 people per group and will receive back 20 recipe pages that will fill my 8" by 8" scrapbook. The Chinese Almond Cookie recipe is a family tradition and I love making these every year for Christmas. The ground up almond really makes this cookie and they are ready for Christmas with the red and green colored sugar on top. I hope you enjoy them.
