Hi everyone. Four posts in one day-a record for me. I am glad that I finally have items to post and time to make them. I made this card for my DH for Valentine's Day. I used kraft cardstock and three different patterns of valentine paper from Reminisce. I used a red vintage heart doily, cut out and layered two hearts at 2.5 inches from the cricut cartridge-Victorian Romance. I just love this cartridge and the victorian images it contains. I used my cuttlebug and the Tim Holtz Valentine Backgrounds and Borders embossing folder with TH kraft core cardstock. I stamped the Be Mine, Valentine stamp from Inkadinkado in plum Ranger Archival ink and adhered with pop dots. I had this stamp for several months and had not used it yet. I was waiting for Valentine's Day of course. I added some bling to my card and I was finished. Here is the card. I am going to enter this in the Simon Says Stamp Challenge-The Stamp You Love (But don't use). Thanks for stopping by.

Tim Holtz inspired Tag for Valentine's Day
Hi everyone. Welcome to my blog. Over the last week I worked on this tag that was inspired by Tim Holtz's blog from Valentine's day. He actually made a card but I turned it into a tag. I had most of the items already so here it is. I hope you like it.
Tim Holtz-12 Tags of 2013-February
Hi again! I am uploading my February tag to the Tim Holtz site for February. I finally got my queen of hearts stamp on Saturday and could not wait to use it. Although I did forget to order cash keys on-line so I had to use my cricut-Tags, Bags and Boxes cartridge and cut out an oval at 1.50 inches. I also did not have the new embossed TH paper so I used my cuttlebug and the TH valentine folder to make the embossed black cardstock at the bottom of the tag. For the embossed hearts, I used my black TH paper and a studio g mini heart stamp and added kraft paper behind it to resemble Tim's tag. This was a fun tag to make. Thanks for stopping by.
Tim Holtz-12 Tags 0f 2013-January
Hi everyone. It has certainly been awhile. Been working a lot of the last few months and not much time to craft! Better late than never but here is my January tag. I did not have the time pieces enbossing folder so I used a Darice Steampunk gears folder isntead. I did not have the metallic stain for the gears so I used metallic paint instead. I do like how the colors turned out on this tag. I hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by. In case you are wondering, I always make an extra tag for my Mom who is absolutely crazy for Tim Holtz.

Cricut Teen Scene Swap-June 2012
Hi everyone,
These are the two dolls I made for the Cricut Teen Swap. I made the Chloe doll-swim suit outfit and the Alex doll-swim suit outfit. All dolls were cut at 5". We could use any hair and any paper we wanted but had to make the outfit. The teen dolls are alot of gluing since they are several layers but the layers make them nice and thick. They will look good on cards and layouts. I used Scotch quick dry to glue all of the layers and seemed to work out nice. I made 20 of each doll for the swap. I used tan paper for the skin layer since the dolls should be tan for the beach and inked the edges of the dolls with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo. I used a peachy keen stamp for Chloe's lips and a red jelly roll pen on Alex. I also made a pink and gray beachball to go with Chloe's bikini. TFL. :)

Cricut Circle Box Swap-May 2012
Rockin Renee hosted this swap and it was a lot of fun! This was my first box and I am so happy with how it turned out. All of my supplies came from Pat Catan's (aka Darice) or from Michael's. All of the paper is Bo Bunny black and white. I used several different patterns. The white paper with black roses on the top of the box is fabric paper from Michael's 8 1/2 x 11. After gluing down the paper with Liquitex Gloss Heavy Gel, I hot glued on the black lace around the top of the box and glued on the string of pearls. Oh before I forget, I inked all of the edges of the box with TH Black Soot Distress Ink and inside the box too. I inked the outer edges of the box with TH Broken China Distress Ink for pop! On top of the box I used TH die cuts of the Bird, birdcage, dress form and button. I also inked the bird which was cut out of grunge board.
